EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind every EdgeX Cut razor. Returns accepted on both defective and non-defective products. Exchanges accepted on all unused items.

Returns — Defective Products

If your EdgeX Cut razor arrives damaged, faulty, or with a manufacturing defect, we will accept a full return with no questions asked. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We cover return shipping costs for all defective items.

  • Report within 30 days of delivery
  • Photo of the defect required at time of request
  • Full refund or replacement — your choice
  • Return shipping covered by EdgeX Company

Returns — Non-Defective Products

We also accept returns on non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and condition.

  • Return within 14 days of delivery
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Customer covers return shipping costs
  • Refund issued within 5–7 business days of receipt

Exchanges — Unused Products

We accept exchanges on products that have not been used and are returned in their original sealed packaging. If you ordered the wrong product or would like a different variant, contact us and we will arrange an exchange.

  • Product must be unused and sealed
  • Exchange request within 14 days of delivery
  • Customer covers shipping both ways for exchanges
  • Subject to availability of replacement item

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, contact our support team with your order details. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve all cases within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically appear within 5–7 business days after we confirm receipt of the returned item.

  • Processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
  • You will receive a confirmation email when issued
  • Amazon orders must be returned through Amazon's portal
